Commissions

I gratefully review private and commercial commission requests on a case by case basis.

Commissions I Do Not Accept

  • Artwork in a style other than my own

  • Graphic design, including logos and typography

Commissions I Take

  • Custom drawings and paintings

  • Commercial illustration

Private Commissions

Private commissions start at $200 and require a 50% non-refundable deposit before the artwork is begun. Expect a higher price if:

  • The desired artwork is large and/or complex

  • There are changes to the design once the final artwork is begun

  • The artwork is used for commercial purposes, including licensing

  • Short deadlines

  • Rushed shipping

Private Lessons

I teach private lessons in my home studio in Michigan. This service is available to people who I have met in person.

Lessons are $50/hour. I recommend 2 hours for drawing lessons and 3 hours for painting lessons.
